It would be quite hard to enforce the spoilers rules

  • This was not New Horizons Items motivated but I want to see some kind of rule about frequency of submitting. Half a dozen"because you liked x, here is y/z/a/b/c!" Posts within 24-48 hours is only overkill karmawhoring.

Oh, and please remove blatant reposts of top-scoring posts in the sub. I don't care if they claim they watched it on Facebook, it was just on our front page a week ago (which is probably the way the person on Facebook watched it and submitted it), and in general I think there ought to be a"if you did not make it, avoid posting it" rule.

A number of the common happenings posts are a issue, that's if they're just that, common. I do love milestone posts, but I could be irritating to view 5 of the same that I only got a blue rose or I just got 5 stars posts. It is a hard call because those are really important minutes & really enjoyable to share. But I feel that the milestones should stay because general, it's an enjoyable way to bond as a community, observing together.

It would be quite hard to enforce the spoilers rules. Even with outside hacking, a individual in state, New Zealand, could have the new update almost a full day before I get it in the west shore. They could post a picture that is untrue and not a spoiler for these but it may ruin a surprise for me personally because of the time gap. When does something stop counting as a "spoiler"? Personally, IMO, if you don't want to be spoiled, tread with care online. Everyone knows people time travel in AC & it's a long haul game, so the danger of being subjected to spoilers is large. This risk & responsibility ought to be on the person browsing, maybe not the responsibility of the poster. That said I really do think a spoiler dash of any kind would be fine, only to have the choice, since it is upsetting to be spoiled on some thing, and we are all just trying to have fun here. I have a feeling people would have used to the flair buy animal crossing bells new horizons eventually and more folks would begin using it!
